Charlotte Mallion graduated from The Institute for Paralegal Training in August 1987 with a specialty in litigation management and has since worked predominately in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and neglect, products liability, class action litigation and bodily injury. She works closely with other team members in the office, as well as clients, to guarantee an excellent quality of legal services. Charlotte’s work at the Law Office of David H. Williams, PLLC, includes document preparation, organization and management of all active case files.

Kate A. Lachowsky currently serves as a law clerk for the Law Office of David H. Williams, PLLC. She is responsible for drafting and filing documents, conducting legal research, and working with our clients. Prior to joining the firm, Kate interned with Judge Rita Gruber at the Arkansas Court of Appeals, and was also the summer assistant at King & Gordon. She is actively involved in her school, where she is a member of Arkansas
Association of Women Lawyers, serves as Social Chair of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta, and is a member of the Moot Court board. Kate is also very involved in her community, where she volunteers at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and is a Big Sister with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Arkansas. Kate is from San Luis Obispo, California and graducated from Paso Robles HIgh School before receiving her B.A. in Psychology at Sonoma State University in Northern California. Kate is currently working on her J.D. at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
