David H. Williams |  Andy Payne

At The Law Offices of David H. Williams we handle only a select number of cases. In doing so, we’ve created a niche of expertise in aviation disasters, product defect cases, medical malpractice/nursing home and other catastrophic personal injury matters. By limiting our docket to a handful of significant cases, we’re able to take an individualized and aggressive approach to each and every one.

David H. Williams

During the last decade, David’s practice has been focused on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Over the years, David H. Williams has represented hundreds of injured victims and recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. Most recently, he has been involved in representing clients against Wyeth Laboratory (formerly American Home Products) for injuries to those people who took the diet drugs Redux and Pondimin , also widely known as “fen-phen.”

With corporate interests already dominating the executive and legislative branches of government, our civil courts exist as one of the few places left in America where individual citizens can successfully confront powerful industries and institutions, force changes in their dangerous or unethical behavior and seek justice. The power and authority of civil jurors, who cannot be wined, dined and bought-off by corporate lobbyists, represents a tremendous threat to the corporate power structure in this country. This is why there has been such a sustained attack on civil juries in recent years, and why an endless number of corporate-backed front groups have been created to generate fear, alarm and contempt for the rights of injured Americans to hold accountable companies that cause injuries.

A jury of 12 folks from the community is chosen by both sides of a lawsuit. They decide your rights. Not Congress. Not the President. If citizens lose the right to have their neighbors decide their disputes, then they lose their liberty and justice. The trial team at the Law Office of David H. Williams is dedicated to defending and preserving the right to a jury trial in this country, and to protecting the rights of consumers everywhere.

With a history spanning more than 133 years, generations of lawyers have relied on Martindale-Hubbell as the authoritative resource for information on the legal profession. An integral part of Martindale- Hubbell’s service is the Lawyer Rating system, which evaluates lawyers and law firms in the US and Canada based upon peer review. Ratings reflect the confidential recommendations made by members of the Bar and Judiciary and are considered invaluable when evaluating a lawyer, making referrals or looking for counsel in another jurisdiction.

David H. Williams has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available. An AV rating reflects an attorney who has reached the heights of professional excellence, has usually practiced law for many years and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.
