David H. Williams began his career in the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in 1975. After spending four years as prosecutor, he went into private practice gaining extensive trial experience over the last 28 years.

He received Arkansas ATLA's "Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year" Award and has been listed as one of the "Best Lawyers in Arkansas" by the Arkansas Times. David is recognized in the "Best Lawyers in America Consumer Guide" as published by "The Best Lawyers in America". David was one of six lawyers from around the country chosen by Federal Judge Henry Woods to serve on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee leading the litigation of the American Airlines Flight 1420 crash at Little Rock National Airport in June of 1999. He received Arkansas ATLA's "Civil Justice Advocacy Award" in 2003.

David is past-president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and past Secretary of the Council of Presidents for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has served as Chair of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Legislative Committee since 1993.

David H. Williams handles complicated cases in the areas of personal injury, product liability, civil rights and commercial litigation. Fee schedules are designed to meet a variety of needs and budgets.

He handles representation in both state and federal courts representing consumers and injured victims. He does not represent insurance companies.

David believes that the foundation of a democratic society is the right to a jury trial. He believes that the American system of civil justice is fairer than any in the world and he opposes any and all efforts from whatever source to eliminate it from our society.
